all information is entered into your own personal diary, which we keep on your behalf, this is also our record of when and what time and date we entered into your property
we also have an 24 hour call out for Emergency
if there is an emergency this would be fixed straight away, and after we then would contact you, and tell you what we have done. This gives you total piece of mind
