The Hermes Airports Flight Information Call Centre offers an Automated Service which will ask you to make a selection from the following options:


Flight Number
The automated system will ask you to enter the last 3-4 digits of the flight of interest to you. The system will announce the time of interest to you.

If you do not know the last 3-4 digits of the flight of interest to you, the automated system will, between 07h00-00h00, give you the option to be diverted to a Live Agent (press 9) after one reminder of being asked for the last 3-4 digits of the flight of interest to you.

Please note that Live Agents are available for assistance from 07h00-00h00 hrs daily. Callers will be given the option to be diverted to a Live Agent during those hours, only after not entering the 3-4 last digits of their flight of interest. After one "reminder" to dial the last 3-4 digits of the flight of interest to you, the system will automatically ask you to dial "9" for your call to immediately be diverted to a Live Agent.

Airport Parking

When you enter the car park, take a ticket from the machine, and the barrier will open. Before leaving the car park, take the ticket to the pay machines located near the front of the terminal. Upon scanning the ticket the machine will confirm the amount to be paid and accepts coins and notes. Once you have paid the amount due, retain the ticket as it will need to be inserted at the exit barrier.

Please note, in the event you lose your parking ticket, there is a lost ticket penalty charge of €50.00 which will be payable before being allowed to exit the car park.

Special parking spaces have been allocated for the facilitation of people with reduced mobility located in the front line in next to the parking office. The first 60 minutes are free of charge. After this time, drivers will be charged the standard parking rate. To obtain free parking for up to 60 minutes, drivers should go to the Parking office at the front of the Terminal prior to leaving the Airport and show their Disability Badge to get their car park ticket validated.

A drop off area is situated at the front of the terminal and it is used for rapid drop off passengers. For this reason drivers can only use this area for 5 minutes. Anyone who exceeds this time or leaves their vehicle unattended will have their vehicle towed.

The tow fee is a minimum of €85.00 with additional fees chargeable per day the car is unclaimed.
